Feeling the Fury - The Christie Charity & Men Matter Video
February saw 3DW filming the video for the Feeling the Fury Charity single, raising proceeds for the Men Matter Cancer Charity.
All proceeds from the ‘Feeling The Fury’ single, (release date April 4th 2011), will go directly to the Men Matter Appeal, part of the Christie Charity. It was recorded by a purposely-formed rock supergroup consisting of members of UK Mega-Rock acts Thunder, Gun and The Little Angels. Also featuring guest vocals from Mike Sweeney, veteran Mancunian and Rock Radio DJ.
The track has been created by The Northern Song Collective, a brand new network of musicians / songwriters and music producers, all of whom have given their support free of charge to create ‘Feeling The Fury’.
‘Feeling The Fury’ was was the winning effort in the 2010 ‘In The City’ Unsigned bands competition run in collaboration with The Northern Song Collective and In The City. From over 1000 acts entering the competition, Jake Fishers, David Hanson and Daniel Ross penned our rocktastic winning entry.

Our first edit for Oxfam. Utilising their lovely archive footage along with some we shot at Manchester Town Hall on 050311.
This job was commissioned by Oxfam for the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day.

Manchester Metropolitan University - ProDev Day Film
ProDev Day is a business networking day for all students interested in discovering the Digital and Creative Industrial Sector in Manchester and what it has to offer in terms of careers, placements, internships, part-time work, study and mentoring. It’s also for companies and organisations to find out more about the kinds of student being produced by the Universities and Colleges in the City with a view to managing employment in the future. It’s also a chance for companies to give something back to the learning community in terms of support and help for students who want to move into this sector.
Three Degrees West was commisioned to film the event on the day and produce a promotional edit to be used by MMU and JISC to secure further support for future events.

A promotional edit performed on existing NST footage from a treatment adapted from the world famous Bowen Technique and performed by prominent practitioner, Michael Nixon-Livy.Three Degrees West created the motion graphics to accompany this taster promo for NSTHealth.com and re-edited the basic level DVD to create this sequence, ahead of filming the advanced level treatment in Manchester this December.
